Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste

- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger paste and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the tomato puree, heavy cream, sugar, kasoori methi, garam masala, and salt. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan bread.
Note: You can adjust the amount of spices and cream according to your taste preference.
